We have acquired the former Yorkshire Post headquarters with plans to convert the site into more groundbreaking student accommodation. Planning advisers, Quod, previously secured flexible outline planning consent in April 2015 for the comprehensive mixed use redevelopment of the site.
The site’s location is highly desirable, right in the heart of Leeds with plenty of amenities and facilities nearby – it’s also an ideal location for the city’s growing student population.
Leeds is a vibrant and exciting place and is well known as being one of the best student cities in the UK. There’s lots on offer, from excellent live music venues, transport links, busy shopping centres and wonderful bars and restaurants across the city. The development is situated just a stone’s throw away from these attractions.
