The Coal Yard – our landmark student accommodation scheme at the heart of York – is now fully let for the 2021/22 academic year.
Situated in the historic city of York, it’s the perfect place for both York and York St John students to reside during their studies. With all rooms being en-suite, and developments complete with communal kitchens and different flat sizes – it’s also the ideal accommodation for students to make new friends and feel right at home.
Due to the current success of this fantastic accommodation, we are also planning to set up a second scheme in York, as we see the city as a strong market for the future. A planning application has been submitted to York City Council for a further 83 student units on neighbouring land, which will create Coal Yard II and enhance the student experience at this location.
